Services and clinics

Due to an extreme weather event impacting South-East Qld, the QUT Health Clinics will be temporarily closed from Wednesday, 5 March and reopen Wednesday, 12 March 2025.

We offer a range of allied health services to the public at no or low cost, in one easy-to-access location, including paediatric and Telehealth appointments.

New patients are welcome, and most services don’t require referrals!

The next School Health Check with free foot and vision assessments for Primary School aged children will take place on Friday, 4 July 2025. Registrations will open in May.

Health management programs

QUT Health Clinics offer a number of programs for people recovering from illness or surgery, and those living with chronic health conditions.

Pulmonary rehabilitation

QUT’s Exercise Physiology and Nutrition and Dietetics clinics join forces to assist people diagnosed with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD).

This flexible, individualised program is specifically designed for people recently discharged from hospital cardiology departments.

Diabetes and healthy kidneys (North Lakes)

This is a combined exercise and health education group program facilitated by QUT Health Clinics (QHC) and the Metro North Hospital and Health Service (MNHHS), providing quality lifestyle interventions for people living with Diabetes, with or without chronic kidney disease.

Type 2 Diabetes (Kelvin Grove)

This is a combined exercise and health education group program facilitated by QUT Health Clinics (QHC) and the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital (RBWH), providing quality lifestyle interventions for people living with Type 2 Diabetes, whether newly diagnosed or living with the condition long term.
